Problems with your destination servers
If you are using our Email Security service for spam and virus filtering, our system will be forwarding your emails to your in-house mail server. Your mail server could have a configuration problem – such as low disk space, which is preventing new emails from being accepted. Alternatively, there could be an internet connectivity problem with your in-house server and our system is unable to deliver the emails to it. Undelivered emails are stored temporarily in a mail queue on our systems – the emails will be automatically delivered when the problem with the destination server is resolved.
There is nothing we can do to resolve problems of this nature.
How to fix:
- In all cases, you should refer to your email administrator who can use our log files to help understand the problem.
