Your password needs changing (Password expired)

If you see the following screen after logging in to Zimbra, it means that your password has expired and you must create a new one.

How to fix:

  • Password: Enter your old password (the one you’ve been using for email)
  • New Password: Enter your new password
  • Confirm: Enter your new password again
  • Click the Sign In button.
