I’ve been sent an email with an attachment and it’s being quarantined

Email attachments matching a list of file types which are known to allow Malware to be installed onto your computer are blocked. This includes file types which are within Zip files. The list of blocked file types is maintained by your email administrator.

How to fix:

  • Ask your correspondent to resend the email without the disallowed attachment.
  • Ask your email administrator to release the blocked email from the quarantine.
