How to Export your Zimbra contacts list

This article will help you to export your Zimbra contacts list as a CSV file so you can import it into a third party email marketing solution - if you so require.

Locating your contacts

Log-in to Zimbra Webmail.

Step 1: Click the ‘Preferences Tab’.

Step 2: In the left hand menu click ‘Import/Export’ at the bottom.

Step 3: Select ‘Contacts’ as the type of contact.

Step 4: Change the selection to ‘Account Contacts’.

Exporting your contacts

Now you need to export your contacts.

Step 5: From the export section press the ‘Source’ button which should be currently selected on ‘All folders’

Step 6: In the pop-up box Select the contacts folder you wish to export.

Step 7: Click the export button to save the file to your computer.
