Archiving messages (IMAP)
How can I reduce the size of my mailbox on the server without simply deleting emails
To save space on the server you can use your local folders to store archived messages on your computer hard disk. Simply drag messages from your IMAP store into a corresponding local folder. Make sure you backup the local folder store regularly.
