Rules for spam filtering in Microsoft Outlook
How to create rules to filter spam emails in Microsoft Outlook?
We recommend that you create a new folder called “Spam” in the mailbox. You will then need to create a server side rule in Outlook which will filter emails into the relevant folders based on their spam score. See below for details.

This rule will filter all emails which our spam filters have marked with a score of 5 or more into the Spam folder.
Apply this rule after the message arrives
with X-Spam-Level: ***** in the message header
move it to the Spam folder
and stop processing more rules
Alternatively, you could filter on the subject line, as follows:
Apply this rule after the message arrives
with [spam] in the subject
move it to the Spam folder
and stop processing more rules
