Do emails which are sent from a Failsafe Mailbox show up in the users’ mailbox on the customer server?

Yes – any emails sent from a Failsafe Mailbox will be sent to the customer server(s) and by default these emails will show up in users’ Inboxes when the primary system is back online. Users can then simply drag and drop the emails from their Inbox into their Sent items folder.
